The art director of Silent Hill 2, Masahiro Ito, redesigned his own original Bubble Head Nurse exclusively for San Diego Comic-Con 2013. The face, which was not able to be depicted in the video game because of technical reasons at that time, is faithfully recreated. Also the garter belt and red knee-high boots are featured. Limited to 1,500 pieces worldwide.
